Production-Line Advantages
The sections operate as a coordinated line. Drying uses separate pre-drying, drying and cooling air duties: high-pressure, lower-volume air mobilizes wet granules; higher-volume air removes moisture and subsequently cools product. Stainless air-contact components, quick-opening bed sections, combined bed-plate openings, welded lower chambers and cleaning ports support access and cleanliness. Auxiliary systems include dust extraction, mixing, transfer, screening and flavoring. PLC touchscreen operation coordinates the equipment.

Material and Process Review
