Product Line / Titanium Dioxide Production Line

Titanium Dioxide Production Line for Chemical Pigment Processing
Coordinate the selected titanium-dioxide process with washing, finishing, drying and powder handling. Select chemical dryers around the titanium dioxide feed and finished-product target; chemical powder drying trials should define the powder drying duty before the industrial drying equipment is specified.
Process Overview & Working Principle
For a sulfate-based route, the process sequence covers raw-material preparation, reaction and solution treatment, hydrolysis, washing and calcination. Subsequent milling, surface treatment and washing prepare the product for spin-flash drying and final powder finishing.
Production Process Flow
- Prepare and grind the selected raw material
- Complete the specified reaction and solution treatment
- Hydrolyze, wash and treat the intermediate
- Calcine and mill
- Apply the specified surface treatment
- Wash and dewater
- Spin-flash dry
- Finish, classify and pack
Line Features
- Drying is planned as part of the full finishing route.
- Washing and dewatering conditions establish the dryer-feed requirement.
- Off-gas handling, corrosion resistance and process interfaces require project-specific engineering.
Suitable Materials
- The defined titanium-bearing raw material and titanium-dioxide intermediates for the selected process.
- Review the formulation, moisture, temperature sensitivity and required final product condition before selecting the complete process.

| Item | Configuration / Reference |
|---|---|
| Reference route | Sulfate-process sequence with downstream finishing |
| Final drying stage | Spin-flash drying after the agreed washing and dewatering steps |
| Supply boundary | Defined for the selected process and site interfaces |
| Required output | Specified from the material balance and agreed production schedule |
| Final supply scope | Equipment list, utilities, cleaning and controls recorded in the QUANPIN proposal |
Project Selection and Interfaces
Specify the selected chemistry, intermediate composition, cake moisture, target grade and throughput. Review corrosion, dust, utilities and environmental-treatment interfaces before setting the equipment scope.
Review compatible equipment in our product range and define the utility, cleaning, containment and control interfaces before the supply scope is agreed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is every line supplied with the same equipment?
No. QUANPIN defines the equipment sequence, supply boundary and controls around the selected feed, product targets and available utilities.
What information is required for a proposal?
How is the process confirmed?
Agree a representative material specification, capacity basis and acceptance procedure. Trials or supporting process data should establish the operating conditions and finished-product requirements.
