WDG Production Line for Agrochemical Formulation

Product Line / WDG Production Line

WDG Production Line for Agrochemical Formulation

Combine mixing, size preparation, granulation, drying and screening for the required water-dispersible granule form. Specify the WDG granulation and drying line around the agrochemical formulation; granulation equipment selection requires formulation-specific granulation trials and an agreed granule drying and handling duty.

Process Overview & Working Principle

Powder ingredients and binder are mixed to the required consistency. Extrusion can form strip granules, followed by the chosen drying and screening arrangement. A rounding stage or a fluid-bed granulation route can be reviewed when the required product shape differs.

Production Process Flow

  1. Dose and dry-mix ingredients
  2. Mill where required
  3. Prepare the wet mixture
  4. Extrude granules
  5. Round if specified
  6. Dry in the selected fluid-bed arrangement
  7. Screen and pack

Line Features

  • Granule shape is selected before the equipment route is fixed.
  • Vibrating or vertical fluid-bed drying can be reviewed for the feed.
  • Screening and recycle interfaces are specified around the particle-size requirement.

Suitable Materials

  • Compatible powder formulations and binder systems intended for water-dispersible granules.
  • Review the formulation, moisture, temperature sensitivity and required final product condition before selecting the complete process.

Project Selection and Interfaces

State formulation, binder, granule shape and size, output and drying limits. Review dust containment, contact materials, cleaning and product-specific protection needs.

Review compatible equipment in our product range and define the utility, cleaning, containment and control interfaces before the supply scope is agreed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is every line supplied with the same equipment?

No. QUANPIN defines the equipment sequence, supply boundary and controls around the selected feed, product targets and available utilities.

What information is required for a proposal?
How is the process confirmed?

Agree a representative material specification, capacity basis and acceptance procedure. Trials or supporting process data should establish the operating conditions and finished-product requirements.
