Equipment Features
Wall-sweeping air and jacket cooling limit deposits. A separate powder transfer route reduces exposure to humid exhaust. Filtered inlet air, quick-opening wash access and selected collection equipment support product changeover. Tower size, controls and cleaning arrangements are selected for the formulation. Material and Process Review
Centrifugal spray drying disperses liquid feed through a rotating atomizer. Heated air removes moisture from the droplets, and collection equipment separates the resulting powder.
